Westridge is a master planned, upscale hillside residential development, located on 144.5 stunning acres near the Angeles National Forest in the City of San Bernardino. San Bernardino is located within Southern California’s Inland Empire, one of the fastest growing areas in the United States.

This "branded" upscale residential community will boast about 70 home sites on lots ranging from 10,800 to over 20,000 sq. ft. and will be consistent in look, feel, and quality. There are no new nearby residential communities that will be competitive with Westridge’s large 80 ft-wide lots, high-quality amenity package, extensive landscaping and stunning view corridors. The lot size is particularly important because it is 40% to 100% larger than the competition and will permit uses and plans that are highly desirable, but impossible on a smaller lot.

Only half of the site will be developed with homes, leaving some 60 acres as open space, including a community public park crisscrossed with trails leading to the national forest land adjacent to the Site. This includes a Native Oak and Walnut forest consisting of more than 600 trees that will be planted by the CSUSB Science Department.
