San Bernardino Park and Trail Improvements

Watson & Associates have secured six sites to improve as recreation parks, and have master planned two trail systems to improve as public trails for dedication to the city of San Bernardino. The park sites and trails contain 12.1 acres. The total appraised value of the land and the cost of improvements will exceed $5.7 million dollars.

Excluding Watson & Associates public recreation commitments, the city of San Bernardino has only been able to secure two small pocket park sites and two 4 acre sites for public parks (yet to be developed) and one developed segment of a trail system since 1990.
