Dear Jim and Judy:
Thank you once again for your recent pledge of $100,000 to support
the College of Education. And thanks as well, for your other equally
generous gifts to the University. We deeply value your generosity.
Through Watson & Associates and the Jim and Judy Watson Foundation,
you've made lasting contributions to the University, and by now we
hope you know how much this means to us all.
The Education building will not only alleviate chronic space shortages
in classrooms and laboratories but also address the growing clinical
and technological needs of the College's post-baccalaureate and graduate
programs. The new building will also make it possible to bring together
students, staff, faculty, college offices, classrooms, and laboratories
under one roof, thereby enhancing student learning and also improving
department effectiveness.
Thank you again for your generous pledge of support and for your ongoing
commitment to higher education. We're delighted that you're members of
the CSUSB family, and look forward to seeing both of you several times
over the next week.
